How to suggest an FB friend to another FB friend

1. Go to your friend's profile.
2. Scroll at the bottom.
3. Click on suggest button.
4. Type the name of the friend you want to suggest.

my 1st friend is named juliane
my 2nd friend is dana

i want to send the request to juliane in order to add dana ..
but when i go to dana's profile and suggest juliane .. they send request to dana
and when i go to juliane's profile and suggest dana .. they send request also to dana ..
whats the problem ?:O
pllzz help me :(
