You really pay for what you pay for

I'm on my way to being debt-free! Yihee! Don't get me wrong, it's not my habit to buy now, pay later. The heart's beating now for a different reason. Finally today she responded to my texts for her to puhleaase call me. I told her what was on my mind. She needs to sell it so that I can be paid asap at least partially and she has to cover the balance. Agreed. I hope she brings it in for my buyer so that cash exchange can happen asap. I'll not add the "PEE" in "YIP" until the transaction's a done deal. Keeping my fingers crossed. So for now I shout a Y I P _ _ _.
