It seems like I should be using Twitter instead of Blogger. Because less than an hour when I posted the last blog, here comes another update - another broker from another real property company promised a referral fee of 3%. The difference may be just 2% but it will matter with the size of the amount. Say the property is for 1 million, commission A will be 100,000. Commission B will be 300,000. Yep, difference is 2% or 200,000! A little goes a loong, loong way. Hah. Who says we shouldn't be sweating the small stuff..at least in this way, no.
Let's just hope I won't be tied to sell just their product line.
